Existing Business Counseling (EBC) is a new, free service that augments our traditional SCORE counseling support for small business success.
If you are a fully functioning business for at least two years in either Lehigh or Northampton County with annual revenue exceeding $500K, you may benefit from our team counseling process in the following areas:
- Business Strategy
- Business Planning
- Financial issues including P & L and Cash Flow Improvements
- Operations and Organization
- Marketing and Sales
- Market Research and Forecasting
- Human Resources
A team of EBC counselors will provide free confidential business consulting to evaluate your current performance and recommend action plans to improve it.
The process may take as few as two or three sessions or may involve regular meetings over several months. If long-term strategic or operational support is needed, some counselors can join your "Advisory Board." We can also provide ongoing support through customized workshops to help you run your business better and smarter.
EBC team counselors will be drawn from Lehigh Valley SCORE roster of retired or semi-retired executives with significant operational experience in many facets of the business world.
